To check your balance, refer to the original email you received when your gift card was issued. There's a unique link in it which takes you to your personal gift card page, and will display your balance. If you can't find the email, get in touch and a member of the team will be able to look it up manually for you.

Gift cards at Greaves Sports do not expire, and you can keep using yours until you've spent it fully.

Yes. Greaves gift cards can be redeemed both online at greavessports.com and in our Gordon Street store in Glasgow.

E-gift cards will arrive once approved and processed, normally within around 24 hours. Physical gift cards will arrive in line with the delivery option you select at checkout, typically between 1 and 3 days depending on the speed of service you opt for.  Please note these timeframes are guidance, not guarantees.

Yes, you can use your gift card as many times as you like, providing there is balance leftover.

You can use your gift card to cover part of your payment and cover the remaining cost using another payment method. You cannot specify how much of your gift card balance you spend, so your transaction will use the maximum amount of balance available.

Your refund will be issued to your gift card.
