    Greaves Loyalty Terms & FAQs

    • My points balance looks different

      Your points are still worth the same even though the balance looks different. Our new loyalty programme has come with a new way of calculating points. In Greaves Gold, you earned 5 points for every £1 spent, in Greaves Loyalty, you earn 1-2 points for every £1 spent (depending on your tier). Your new points balance should be your old points balance divided by 5.

    • Who can join Greaves Loyalty?

      Anyone can join. The programme is free and open to all customers.

    • How do I sign up?

      You can sign up by clicking Join Now on the Greaves Loyalty page or clicking Register on any product page.

    • How do I earn points?

      You earn points every time you shop with Greaves on both full price and discount items, plus extra points for selected actions like reviews, birthdays, and following Greaves on social media.

      You earn 1 point for every £1 spent. If you’re in a higher tier, you earn points faster.

      - Bronze: 1x points for every £1 spent

      - Silver: 1.5x points for every £1 spent

      - Gold: 2x points for every £1 spent

    • Can I earn points without making a purchase?

      Yes. You can earn points through engagement actions such as following Greaves on social media or leaving a product review.

    • Do points and rewards expire?

      Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned if they’re not used. Rewards expire 3 months after created.

    • How do loyalty tiers work?

      Your tier is based on how much you spend over a rolling 12-month period. The more you spend, the higher your tier and the better your rewards.

      You’ll automatically move up when your spend reaches the next tier threshold.

    • Does my tier expire?

      Yes. Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis.

    • How do I use my points?

      You can redeem your points at checkout to get money off your order. Each reward has a minimum spend, which you can see above in the "How To Use My Points" section. Just log in, shop and then head to checkout and you will see any rewards that you can choose to apply. All rewards expire 3 months after they are created.

    • What extra benefits do Gold members get?

      Gold members receive free standard delivery on all orders, and earn 2 points for every pound spent.

    • What if my points don’t show up?

      Points usually appear immediately after purchase. If there’s an issue or your points do not appear after 24 hours, please contact customer support.

    • Can I leave Greaves Loyalty?

      You can leaves Greaves Loyalty at any time by unsubscribing through the Greaves Loyalty emails.

    • Do gift card purchases earn points?

      Points are earned when a gift card is initially purchased. Using a gift card to make a purchase does not generate additional points.
