  • How can I contact Greaves?

    We have a dedicated UK team of customer service representatives to answer any queries you might have.

Delivery & Returns

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We ship to a lot of countries, please see our International delivery page for specific destinations: https://www.greavessports.com/international-shipping-i123

  • Is my item insured?

    Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Greaves to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

  • What is our return policy?

    While we hope you love every purchase, if you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days to tell us if you’re going to return your order.

  • How do I send an oversized item back?

    If your item is heavier than 20kg and or over the following parcel dimentions;

    Parcel dimensions 61 x 46 x 46 cm

    Tube dimensions Length 90cm. Length + twice the diameter must be no more than 104cm

    This cannot be sent using our Royal Mail Tracked Returns. Instead please send back by a courier such as Parcel Force

    (Cost will vary on weight/size and is at your own expense)

    Please include your order details and reason for return so we can process as quickly as possible.
