Extended Christmas Returns Period
Whether you're buying for yourself or your loved ones, we want to make sure you have plenty of time to try everything out even after Christmas.
As of the 1st of October 2024, all orders placed online or in-store can be returned up until the 15th of January 2025. Full-priced purchases will be eligible for an exchange or refund, while on sale items, we are offering an exchange or store credit on a Greaves Gift Card to spend in-store or online.
How Do I Make a Return?
Enter your email address or phone number, and your order number in the forms above, then click Start, and follow the prompts. Please note if you would prefer to return your order in store no need to initiate a return request, just bring your order into our Gordon Street store with your invoice/ proof of purchase and a member of staff will be able to assist.

Where Can I Find My Order Number?
The order number can be found on your receipt, or in the title and top of your purchase confirmation email.
For example, in the purchase email "Order #1744 confirmed" - the order number is 1744.
