Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Greaves to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

While we hope you love every purchase, if you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days to tell us if you’re going to return your order.

If your item is heavier than 20kg and or over the following parcel dimentions;

Parcel dimensions 61 x 46 x 46 cm

Tube dimensions Length 90cm. Length + twice the diameter must be no more than 104cm

This cannot be sent using our Royal Mail Tracked Returns. Instead please send back by a courier such as Parcel Force

No, you can only use one discount code per transaction.

When you create an account, you'll automatically gain all the points on purchases you've made using that email.

If you have just made a purchase in-store and were unable to collect your points, you can upload the receipt from the purchase form the Greaves Loyalty page.
