These shoes are loaded with Mizuno's cutting-edge features for performance and versatility. They feature a fully redesigned midsole with the new Nitrogen Infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT for exceptional cushioning and powerful energy return. Designed for runners with overpronation, the updated supportive MIZUNO WAVE plate enhances stability by preventing arch collapse while enabling smooth weight transfer. The breathable mesh upper ensures a secure, comfortable fit.

Sole

The midsole was completely redesigned from the previous INSPIRE 21 model, and now features Nitrogen Infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT throughout. This new material provides both cushioning to absorb impact during runs as well as energy return for powerful takeoff. The drop was adjusted from 12 mm to 10 mm for a more natural running feel. The heel wedge incorporates MIZUNO ENERZY NXT. Cushioning is maintained in the top midsole while also providing stability.

MIZUNO WAVE (Support type)

Wave shape designed for people with overpronation. Changing the inside and outside shapes helps stop the foot arch from collapsing and offers high stability. The anatomical plate shape follows the shape of the foot for smooth weight transfer from ground contact to kick off.

Upper

The mesh upper provides excellent breathability and a comfortable fit.

Mizuno Wave
Inspired by nature, Wave is a unique midsole technology that provides both cushioning and stability. Wave‘s unique shape absorbs and disperses the impact at foot strike, which results in a smoother, more cushioned feel on every step.

Mizuno Enerzy Nxt
MIZUNO ENERZY NXT NITROGEN INFUSED MIZUNO ENERZY NXT in the top midsole provides soft cushioning and high energy output. It works with the EVA-based MIZUNO ENERZY NXT in the bottom midsole for added stability.

Premium Insock
A high-grade removable insock for premium comfort and cushioning.

SmoothRide
An engineered approach to minimise the rapid acceleration and decelaration of the foot during transition, creating the smoothest ride possible.

X10
An extremely durable Mizuno carbon rubber that allows for longer wear in high impact areas and gives more traction at the heel strike.

We offer a Collect in Store option at our checkout page. Once your payment is processed and your order is ready to collect, we will send you a 'Ready for Collection' email.

• Please do not attempt to collect your order unless you have received your ‘Ready for collection’ email.
• Collection can be made Monday - Saturday between 10am-5.30pm. Please note our store is closed on a Sunday.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we will happily offer you a full refund or free exchange.

You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you contact Greaves Sports within 14 days of receipt to acknowledge the return. You then need to return your item(s) within a further 14 days in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags attached. You can return your items in the post or at our store.
