1. Pool Stage: The 20 teams are divided into four pools, each comprising five teams. This stage is a round-robin format, with each team playing every other team in their pool. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the knockout stage.
2. Knockout Stage: The knockout stage consists of quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the grand finale. It's do-or-die rugby at its finest, with every match determining who advances to the next round until only two teams remain to compete for the coveted Webb Ellis Cup.
