HOW TO USE

• Select which of the six provided attachment heads feels most comfortable or suitable to your needs noting the different intensity's of each head.
• Press the power button for 2 seconds to activate the device/ choose the desired speed by pressing again. Alternatively you can select the Mode button for 2 secs to activate the Wave mode, press again for Pulse mode.
• Place the Ignite Pro Massage Gun head on the desired muscle area.
• Work the head from the furthest point from the heart, then towards the heart
• Move the head slowly in an up and down motion and repeat for 30 seconds.
• Once warmed up, move the head across the area (left to right) for a further 30 seconds.

Pneumatic Head/ Level 1: Especially effective for treating sensitive and painful muscle groups.

Spinal Head/ Level 5: For targeting muscles around the spine, or for a dual trigger point massage (not to be used on bones or spine).

5 SPEED SETTINGS
The Ignite Pro massage gun has 5 power settings, making this muscle massager gun ideal for everyone as the different settings cater to people with different muscle recovery needs.

2 MODE SETTINGS
For effortless muscle preparation and recovery utilise the 2 built-in power modes without the worry of changing speeds. Pulse mode offers a fast powerful incremental climb of percussion, whilst the Wave mode delivers a gradual incremental climb which is best suited to recovery sessions

BUILT IN RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
To charge the battery fully, the charging time will take approximately 3 hours. When fully charged, it can last up to 5 hours (dependent on power level setting).

ACTIVE TOUCH SCREEN
