Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 14 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with the fully completed Returns Form.
We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Returning Items by Mail
1. Fill out the back of your packing slip as follows:
- state the item(s) that you are returning.
- to assist processing please state the reason for the return.
2. Package the return securely (in the original package if possible), and include the packing slip.
Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
3. Send the package to Returns Department, Greaves Sports Ltd, 23 Gordon Street, Glasgow G1 3PW, Scotland

In all cases, refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of being agreed. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
Size Queries

Sizes vary between different brands and styles but they always refer to body measurements not garment measurements.

Whilst every effort has been made to present the true likeness of the product colours, variations may occur on different screen resolutions and qualities. We therefore cannot guarantee colours will be as seen on your screen.
