About David Gilmour
David has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and has been involved in remedial and rehabilitation treatments over the last 10 years.
David initially got involved in sports and remedial massage as a hobby helping with the treatment of fellow colleagues and athletes and this soon developed into a career.
David trains and mentors future personal trainers in all aspects of gym life, including advanced training methods, nutrition, enhanced sporting performance, injury management and prevention, first aid and client consultation.
